SXSW 2024

SXSW Sydney Music Festival has expanded its week-long celebration of music with the addition of more artists to its already massive 2024 lineup with more international and homegrown artists, adding even more exciting guests who will participate in the events, panels, parties, showcases, mixers and conferences set to take place between the 14th - 20th of October.

SXSW Sydney’s free Public Program at Tumbalong Park happening on Saturday the 19th of October will feature GRAMMY®-nominated, multi-platinum ARIA® award-winning artist The Kid LAROI who in partnership with triple j Unearthed and Blak Out, will now present a showcase of top emerging First Nations talent. This follows LAROI’s Keynote at ICC Sydney, which will see him cover topics from dreaming of performing in his hometown of Redfern to becoming a global superstar by age 21, offering a powerful blueprint for aspiring artists.

UK singer and rapper ENNY and South African star Moonchild Sanelly will be performing live on the Tumbalong Park Main Stage on Wednesday night, in celebration of ibis hotel’s 50th anniversary.  “+91 Calling” will join KRSNA (India), KAVYA (India), Yung Raja(India), Mali (India), Manara (UK) on the Tumbalong Park Main Stage on Sunday the 20th of October, with acts from India and the Indian diaspora, covering a variety of genres including hip-hop, pop, r&b, club and indie.
